Primary Customer Segments:

Key Responsibilities:

(i) Business Development & Sales

Identify and convert leads from greenfield, brownfield, and existing facility upgrades

Manage end-to-end project sales cycles, from lead generation to order closure

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customized solutions

(ii) Project Execution

Plan and manage project timelines and resources

Ensure timely IQ, OQ, PQ execution and system handover

(iii) Revenue & Receivables Management

Achieve revenue targets and follow up on receivables

(iv) Team Building & Leadership

Build, mentor, and lead project teams

(v) Client Relationship & Support

Maintain client relationships, manage escalations, and drive repeat business

Key Skills:

Technical acumen and solution-oriented sales approach

Project management expertise

Pharma/biopharma client handling

Strong leadership and communication skills

Frequent travel across India as per project requirements

Education:

• E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Biotech / Instrumentation / Biomedical Engineering
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Operations (preferred)

Experience:

6–12 years in project sales or management within pharma/bioprocess sectors

Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)

• Understand technical and commercial requirements at existing customer sites to offer feasible, cost-effective solutions.
• Explain product specifications to customers clearly.
• Lead B2B sales by covering the Pan India market through field visits and product/service pitching.
• Communicate technical customer requirements to internal production teams.
• Visit existing and potential clients to understand needs and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up on offers, purchase orders (POs), and coordinate timely product delivery with documentation.

• Follow up on order status and delivery timelines
• Coordinate import shipments, including vendor communication for packing lists and invoices
• Liaise with freight forwarders for quotations and post-approval shipments
