CLARIFICATION ON DEPTH FILTER MODULE

Bioneau® FilSTEMS™ Lenticular Depth Filter Housings are engineered for high-efficiency clarification, filtration, and polishing applications in the pharmaceutical, biotech, food & beverage, and chemical industries. Designed to accommodate lenticular depth filter modules, these housings enable enclosed, contamination-free filtration without the need for open-frame plate and frame filters.

The enclosed design minimizes operator exposure, improves process safety, and supports clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) procedures. Built from high-grade stainless steel and available in various sizes, these housings are optimized for clarity, throughput, and process reliability.

Offering versatility, the standard FS9160 lenticular depth filter housings are designed to accommodate one to four 12″ or 16″ diameter Zeta Plus filter cartridges, enabling a wide selection of filter media areas and flow rate capacities to suit various process needs.
For customized configurations, these housings can be easily adapted to hold fewer cartridges by using user-fitted shorter center-posts, allowing flexibility for small-scale runs, trials, or processes requiring lower throughput without compromising performance or hygiene.
