System Integrating BiopharmaceuticalSolution In One Platform
Material Description
Gaskets Encapsulated with PTFE are designed to address the growing problem of sealing in the most hostile chemical and temperature environments. Unispares flagship PERG Series combines the best qualities of two materials, PTFE on the outside with its chemical inertness and an elastomeric core Engineered Rubber Novaform2300 (Germany) on the inside for resilience. This unique combination forms a highly effective, long lasting seal for the most demanding applications in repeat use applications. Excellent seal ability to variable Torque loads.
PERG Gaskets are available in many standard sizing options ranging from 15 mm – 775 mm sized outer shells. Standard PERG Gaskets are comprised of PTFE over FDA Engineered Rubber Insert and can be used in temperatures from -60° to +260°C depending upon the choice of elastomeric core. Encapsulated Gaskets are primarily used as a static seal (axial or radial).
