Silipax US2510 is a peroxide-cured silicone tubing solution engineered for applications that do not require ultra-high purity or repeated sterilization. Designed for consistent performance in pump and transfer systems, Silipax US2510 is widely used in industrial, automotive, and general processing environments, offering a balance of flexibility, temperature resistance, and compliance with FDA safety standards.

While the curing process may result in trace peroxide and ketone by-products, the tubing remains safe for non-critical fluid transfer tasks and adheres to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 guidelines.

Silipax US2510 withstands intermittent temperatures up to 200°C, and is available in a wide range of internal diameters and wall thicknesses—with custom configurations available upon request. Each raw material batch used in manufacturing is physically tested in-house to ensure consistency and long-term performance across every production lot.
