Bioneau® SUIS Mixing Bags are pre-sterilized, single-use systems engineered for homogeneous mixing of buffers, media, and biopharmaceutical ingredients in a closed and sterile environment. These bags are manufactured using high-performance 7-layer films, such as DuoFilm-001, with a ULDPE contact layer that offers excellent chemical compatibility, mechanical strength, and biocompatibility.
Each mixing bag is produced in ISO Class 5–7 cleanrooms, ensuring high sterility assurance and full compliance with cGMP and biopharmaceutical standards. They are compatible with various mixing technologies including magnetic mixers, levitating impeller systems, and paddle-type mixers.
Designed to integrate seamlessly into upstream and downstream processes, these mixing bags are available in 2D and 3D configurations, and can be customized with tubing assemblies, sampling ports, filters, and connectors to suit specific process needs.
